Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to every live-online workshop run by TheWeekendLab, operated by Choubeys. They are written to cover all current and future workshops — batch-specific details (workshop name, dates, fee, and curriculum) are published on that workshop's own registration/payment page, which forms part of these Terms for the batch you enroll in.

TheWeekendLab runs paid, live-online skills workshops for non-coding college students, typically structured across one or more live weekends with a self-paced build/practice period in between, ending in a capstone project and a certificate of completion. The exact format, session dates, and curriculum for your specific batch are stated on that workshop's registration page at the time you enroll.

Unless a specific workshop states otherwise, participants must be at least 18 years old, currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program, and have access to a laptop or desktop with stable internet. Any software/account requirements (e.g. free ChatGPT/Claude accounts) will be listed on the relevant workshop's page.

The fee for each workshop is the amount shown on that workshop's payment page at the time you pay. Any installment or promotional pricing will be stated there and forms part of these Terms for that batch.

Unless stated otherwise for a specific workshop, the fee covers live instruction, hands-on labs, workshop templates/resources, a guided capstone project with instructor feedback, session recordings, and a certificate of completion. Exact hours and inclusions for your batch are listed on its registration page.

TheWeekendLab does not promise or guarantee a job, internship, placement offer, or salary outcome as a result of completing any workshop. Where our marketing references past student outcomes, past record is no guarantee of future prospects. Certificates issued reflect successful participation and completion of the relevant workshop; they are not a degree, diploma, or government-recognized qualification.

For any complaint regarding these Terms or a specific workshop, contact our Grievance Officer, Arya, at hi@theweekendlab.in. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within a reasonable time as required under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new workshops or policies; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued enrollment or use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
