TheWeekendLab ("we," "us") is operated by Choubeysand offers live-online skill workshops via this website (theweekendlab.in). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it is handled, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and its Rules.

This workshop and all our marketing are directed at persons 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from, track, or direct advertising at anyone under 18. If we learn we've collected a minor's data, we will delete it.

• Name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number
• College and course/stream (optional, for cohort context)
• Payment confirmation details (via our payment gateway — we do not store full card or bank details ourselves)
• Message conversations with us over WhatsApp

• To process enrollment and payment
• To communicate about the workshop (confirmations, schedule, reminders, support)
• To issue certificates
• To measure and improve our advertising (conversion tracking via Meta and Google)

By submitting your details through our website, WhatsApp, or ad forms, or by making a payment, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described here. Where we rely on your consent for a specific purpose (e.g. marketing messages), you may withdraw it at any time — see "Your Rights" below. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Only with the service providers needed to run the workshop: our payment gateway (Cashfree), Zoom, WhatsApp/Meta, and advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for conversion tracking. We do not sell personal data.

For as long as needed to deliver the workshop, issue certificates, process refunds, and meet legal/accounting obligations — then it is deleted or anonymized.

Payment data is handled directly by our payment gateway partner (Cashfree) and never stored on our own systems; access to student data is limited to the founding team.

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to our Grievance Officer, Arya, at hi@theweekendlab.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 9142261652. You may also nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity, as provided under the DPDP Act. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any event within any period required under applicable law.

Arya, reachable at hi@theweekendlab.in, is our Grievance Officer for complaints regarding personal data under the DPDP Act.

Our site may use cookies or similar technology for basic functionality, theme preference, and (where live) advertising conversion tracking. This tracking is never directed at, or used to build profiles of, anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our site or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
