Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all TheWeekendLab workshops and forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
The Core Rule
Full refund if requested within 24 hours of payment, no questions asked.
No refunds are issued for requests made after this window.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9142261652 or email hi@theweekendlab.in with the name you paid with and your payment reference, if available. The 24-hour window is measured from the moment payment succeeds, not from the workshop start date.
What's Not Covered
Once the window closes, refunds are not issued for a change of mind, missed sessions, not completing build week, the content not matching expectations, or being unable to attend due to prior commitments.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within a few business days. We do not offer partial refunds after the window closes, and we do not substitute store credit for a refund unless you request it and we agree in writing.
One Exception
Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full regardless of the 24-hour window — contact us as soon as you notice one.
